Shipping FAQ

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

Shipping is available to all states within India and to select International destinations*. Shipping options and charges for your destination will be displayed on checkout.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. This may take longer in case of any COVID norms as stipulated by the Central or State Governments.

*We do not ship to the following countries -  Indonesia, Japan, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa, Egypt, Kenya, Mauritius

SHIPPING CHARGES
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method and will be added to the bill prior to order confirmation.

RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
a. Return Policy
Once an order is confirmed we do not accept returns or exchanges.

1. Refund Policy
   Refund will be allowed in the following situations:
   -Product was Damaged or Defective. In this case please send an email to eshop@anandaspa.com
   -Product is not available in stock and not shipped by the seller within 7 days of receipt of the order
   -Once the amount is refunded by the seller it may take upto 30 days for the amount to be credited to the account by the credit card company
2. Cancellations
   Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
